Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order,
and will normally take 2-3 days by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. If there is no one available, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you to collect it from your nearest Royal Mail sorting Depot: where they will need you to provide some sort of proof of I.D. (driving licence, passport, gas or electric bill, council tax bill.)
You can view the progress of your order by logging into your account.You will also be able to track your order with Royal Mail when it has been despatched.
